Description

Bang Bang Chicken Sliders are crispy, tender chicken sliders topped with a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce. Perfect for parties or quick dinners, these sliders combine crunchy fried chicken, soft buns, and a sweet-spicy sauce that keeps everyone coming back for more.


Ingredients

  • 23 chicken breasts or chicken tenders
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Pickle slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

1. If using chicken breasts, slice them into smaller pieces that fit the slider buns

2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper

3. Dredge each piece in flour, dip into the beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs

4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat

5. Fry the breaded chicken for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy

6. Transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel–lined plate to drain excess oil

7. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar

8. Stir until smooth and creamy, adjusting the sriracha for your preferred spice level

9. Place lettuce and pickle slices on the bottom half of each slider bun

10. Add a piece of crispy chicken and drizzle generously with Bang Bang sauce

11. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately


Notes

For extra crispy chicken, double coat by dipping the chicken back into egg and breadcrumbs after the first coating.

Adjust the spice level by reducing or increasing the sriracha.

Serve immediately after assembling to keep the chicken crispy.

These sliders are great for parties, game days, or quick weeknight meals.
