- For the special burger sauce
- 1/2 cup avocado mayo

- 1 tablespoon pickle juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika or chili powder

- For the burger bowls
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup sliced red onion
- 1/3 cup sliced pickles

Instructions
1. Add the ground turkey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
2. Form the mixture into 4 evenly sized burger patties about 3/4 inch thick. Press your thumb gently into the center of each patty to prevent puffing while cooking.
3. Heat a skillet lightly brushed with olive oil over medium heat.
4. Place the patties in the hot skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the pan and set aside.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the avocado mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice or apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
6. To assemble, divide the chopped romaine lettuce between bowls.
7. Top each bowl with one or two turkey burger patties.
8. Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
9. Drizzle generously with the special burger sauce and serve immediately.
