Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen hash browns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
