One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies combines savory kielbasa with colorful vegetables for an easy, quick, and family-friendly dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups bell peppers (red and yellow), chopped
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley or green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather all ingredients.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine kielbasa, bell peppers, baby carrots, and baby potatoes.
3. Add olive oil, honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce, then toss everything to coat evenly.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture in an even layer.
5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
6. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley or green onions, and serve hot.
